About me.
I see my experiences as trainer/technician at Apple and in education as natural steps on my path towards design. They sharpened my aptitude to empathize, and I learned a lot about the user experience.
3.5 years trainer/technician at Apple (Retail). Troubleshoot customer issues. Teach one-to-one sessions with customers. Create workshops for colleagues as apart of the mentor team.
6 cumulative years in training/education. Teach various age groups and populations: at-risk youth, special needs students (grades k-12), and undergraduate design students. Write curriculum/syllabi. Create and lead workshops.
